AI Deployment Manager, Enterprise

About the role

The AI Deployment Manager will lead the end-to-end onboarding process for a book of business, managing customer relations from sales handover through configuration, training, and activation. This role focuses on delivering a white-glove implementation experience for the company's Helpdesk and AI Agent products to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes. The manager will act as a strategic partner to merchants, translating complex AI and support data into clear business impact for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery and implementation sessions to drive product adoption and usage.
• Design and execute AI Agent adoption roadmaps, sequencing automation rollouts to support change management.
• Manage integrations with ecommerce tech stacks and troubleshoot technical issues proactively.
• Drive project timelines through clear milestone setting and workback schedules.
• Analyze ecommerce customer data to build executive-ready narratives regarding revenue, efficiency, and risk.
• Document customer interactions and configurations to contribute to team best practices and future implementations.
