About the role

The Senior IT Services Lead will provide technical leadership for the IT services team, ensuring smooth daily operations and reliable service delivery. This role involves acting as a technical partner to the IT Manager, coordinating team tasks, and driving the continuous improvement of IT service processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and act as a sparring partner for the IT services team and IT Manager.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and reliable service delivery.
• Provide hands-on support for complex inquiries and IT incidents.
• Coordinate and prioritize team tasks to ensure clear responsibilities and balanced workloads.
• Develop and optimize IT service processes, standards, and documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements for service quality, efficiency, and automation.
