About the role
The Security Field Engineering team empowers customers to understand the security of the Databricks platform and assists account teams with security reviews. You will act as a security expert, creating scalable content and technical solutions to address customer needs and improve internal processes. This role focuses on high growth and autonomy, requiring a balance of deep technical security knowledge and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to answer security-related questions and address concerns.
- Create customer-facing content such as slide decks, white papers, and technical documentation.
- Develop internal-facing services, automation, and tools to support field staff and customers.
- Train other Databricks team members on security and compliance topics.
- Identify customer pain points to provide feedback to product management and marketing teams.
