Senior Android Engineer

About the role

Working in the Mobile Engineering team, this role exists to set the bar for creating quality, scalable digital solutions for Gymshark and its customers. The position focuses on the development of mobile products and requires working from the Solihull headquarters for a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new starters and less senior team members in the development of their roles
• Coordinate design workshops and ensure all engineers contribute
• Foster collaboration with peers and across teams to share knowledge and improve quality
• Work with Engineering colleagues and Leads to meet sprint goals
• Ensure security, financial, commercial, and business requirements are considered during discovery and sizing
• Collaborate with product owners to manage expectations and agree on delivery timescales
• Present delivered work to key stakeholders and demonstrate value
