About the role

As a Trainee in People & Culture, you will support our team in a medium-sized media and training company with approximately 150 employees. You will assist in managing HR processes throughout the entire employee life cycle and contribute to shaping our corporate culture. This role offers the opportunity to grow into HR responsibilities while utilizing modern tools and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Support employees throughout the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage specific recruitment processes from job posting to contract signing.
• Contribute to positive candidate experience and perform active sourcing.
• Assist with internal corporate communications and the organization of internal events.
• Help optimize HR processes and implement new ideas using AI tools.

Qualifications
