About the role

As a working student in HR, you will support our team in the efficient and professional design of our HR processes. You will be an important support in daily operations and can actively contribute your ideas as a permanent team member.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization and accompaniment of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in the creation and management of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other personnel documents
• Maintain HR master data
• Assist in the active search for new talent
• Support the HR team with operational and strategic people projects

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student, ideally with a focus on HR, business psychology, or a comparable field of study
• Very good German language skills
