About the role

The HR Specialist will manage holistic operational HR tasks, ranging from employee support and recruiting to personnel development and HR projects. This role involves working closely with management, staff, and the works council to actively shape modern HR processes within an international industrial company. The position offers a versatile, in-house environment with significant personal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers on operational and labor law personnel issues.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Steer recruiting processes from profile definition to hiring.
• Ensure implementation of HR guidelines, works agreements, and corporate requirements.
• Collaborate with the works council and prepare documentation according to the Works Constitution Act.
• Coordinate personnel development measures and performance processes.
• Manage operational training and support apprentices.
• Maintain HR systems, data, and analyze HR metrics.

Qualifications
