About the role
Spire is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market presence across EMEA and APAC. This role involves managing a territory to sell weather forecast data, APIs, and decision-support solutions to help industries adapt to a changing climate. You will operate with regional autonomy to build client relationships and execute full-cycle sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a territory plan spanning EMEA and APAC to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet and surpass assigned quotas through disciplined prospecting, qualification, and full-cycle deal execution.
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the weather, climate, and earth intelligence ecosystem.
- Use a consultative approach to uncover operational pain points and propose tailored solutions based on Spire's data products.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and responses to tenders.
- Lead commercial negotiations on terms and pricing to close deals.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM and ensure rigorous forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, meteorology, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
