Sézane is looking for a creative and agile Sales Advisor to join their team in Aix-en-Provence on an apprenticeship basis. Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with empathy to identify their desires and introduce them to the brand's products.
• Act as an ambassador for the brand's omnichannel strategy.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and ensure product labeling is accurate.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Foster a positive team environment and contribute to group synergy.
