About the role

The Dispatch - Billing Executive is responsible for managing client profiles, processing product and service billings, and ensuring accurate daily financial collections. The role involves handling cash deposits, managing petty cash, and coordinating with the head office accounts team to resolve billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Create client profiles in the SAP system
• Process all product and service billings
• Ensure cash, card, and online collections are tallied at the end of each day
• Perform daily cash deposits
• Raise and resolve tickets for billing errors within the same day
• Manage petty cash
• Coordinate with the accounts team at the head office
• Handle dispatch operations
