Governance, Risk & Compliance Senior Consultant

About the role

The Senior Consultant will lead complex projects focused on building and optimizing corporate governance systems, including Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and internal control systems. This role involves conducting risk and process analyses, designing automated controls, and developing reporting concepts for decision-makers. Additionally, the consultant will drive AI use cases and support the entire acquisition process from proposal to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and define strategies for automation and digitalization
• Conduct risk and process analyses and derive actionable recommendations for management
• Facilitate workshops, lead stakeholder discussions, and prepare decision-making documents
• Design automated controls in collaboration with IT and business departments
• Develop reporting concepts and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
• Advise on the development of emergency and crisis management plans
• Develop and implement customer-specific AI use cases
• Manage the proposal process and support client presentations

Qualifications

• University degree
