About the role

The IT Business Analyst / ERP Specialist acts as a bridge between IT and business departments to analyze processes and translate requirements into IT concepts. The role involves managing IT projects from planning through to rollout and optimizing international ERP system landscapes. The successful candidate will focus on process improvements within the manufacturing environment while ensuring compliance with data protection and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and translate requirements into clear IT concepts.
• Manage IT projects from initial planning and specification through testing to rollout.
• Support the optimization, development, and migration of international ERP systems.
• Identify improvement potential in manufacturing, production planning, and system control processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and international guidelines throughout project phases.
