General Accountant Lead & Analyst

About the role

The General Accountant Lead & Analyst will join the General Ledger team to oversee daily accounting cycles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets. This role involves driving digital transformation and AI integration within accounting processes while acting as a business partner to finance and operational teams. You will ensure the reliability of accounts through analytical review and coordinate end-to-end closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Piloter l'ensemble des cycles comptables courants et garantir leur fiabilité à l'échelle du groupe.
• Orchestrer les processus de clôture de bout en bout, incluant la coordination inter-équipes et le reporting transverse.
• Identifier et piloter des projets de transformation digitale et IA pour optimiser les processus comptables.
• Standardiser les pratiques comptables groupe et contribuer au kit d'intégration comptable pour l'internationalisation.
• Incarner la posture de business partner en traduisant les enjeux comptables en langage business.

Qualifications
