About the role

As a student IT support assistant, you will support the IT infrastructure team with 1st and 2nd level support tasks. You will help ensure smooth daily operations by assisting colleagues with technical issues, managing hardware setups, and contributing to infrastructure optimization projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for support requests regarding Windows, macOS, printers, and MS Office
• Support the onboarding of new employees by setting up PC workstations
• Perform workplace checks to ensure IT equipment functionality and stability
• Assist in projects focused on process and infrastructure optimization
