About the role

As an E-Commerce intern, you will analyze the customer journey to optimize search, product pages, and checkout processes. You will contribute to the development of new shop features, conduct A/B tests, and explore AI-driven solutions like guided selling. You will work closely with development and marketing teams to derive improvements from data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer journey to improve search, product pages, and checkout
• Develop new shop features from initial concept to go-live
• Utilize GA4 and dashboards to derive actionable improvements from data
• Develop hypotheses and support A/B testing
• Test new AI features for the online shop
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and other teams
