Senior Strategy Manager

About the role

The Global Strategy Team is responsible for the overall strategic development of tonies, identifying areas of action and defining the strategic roadmap. As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will lead complex strategic projects from idea to implementation and work closely with the Management Board and senior leadership. You will drive strategic development and act as a trusted point of contact for board-level topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex strategic projects end-to-end in partnership with project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Shape the long-term strategic roadmap and track its effectiveness.
• Analyze market, competitive, and business performance data to identify strategic opportunities.
• Support senior leadership and the management board by preparing decision papers and facilitating discussions.
• Act as a sounding board for teammates and contribute to the development of the team.
