About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the identification, approach, and engagement of top talent across all functions of the global business. This high-impact, generalist role involves owning the end-to-end talent pipeline and partnering with hiring managers to source for critical roles in tech, marketing, sales, and operations. The position offers the opportunity to shape the company's future talent base while growing into a strategic recruiting partner.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert top talent through proactive sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and XING
• Own the full candidate research and outreach process, crafting compelling messages and personalized candidate journeys
• Act as a strategic recruiting partner to multiple hiring teams, collaborating closely to understand role requirements and team needs
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles in tech, marketing, sales, operations, and beyond
• Contribute to recruitment analytics and reporting, and represent the company at career events, fairs, and networking meetups when needed
