About the role

The student will support the Executive Search and Active Sourcing team in identifying top talent for the German SME sector. This role involves researching candidates for leadership positions and interim management roles while gaining insights into executive search and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Active Sourcing of specialists and executives up to C-level via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Research and identification of suitable candidates for executive search mandates
• Analysis of companies, organizational charts, and target markets
• Creation of longlists and structured candidate overviews
• Qualification and initial screening of potential candidates
• Conducting initial video interviews for professional and personal pre-selection
• Maintenance of talent pools and documentation of all search activities
• Close cooperation with the Head of People Advisory on demanding search mandates
