Recruiting Partner

About the role

As a Recruiting Partner, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across all departments and levels, from entry-level to C-level. You will combine hands-on recruiting expertise with sound judgment to improve selection processes and candidate experiences. This role also offers a development path into employer branding, allowing you to shape the company's brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring processes independently from briefing and channel strategy to offer close.
• Advise hiring managers at all levels, including C-level and VP-level, to translate business needs into role profiles.
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and provide recommendations for professional and personal fit.
• Maintain the candidate pipeline and ATS data to ensure process transparency.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives as a recruiting lever.
