Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and research roles across EMEA.
- Build outbound-first pipelines using advanced research, talent mapping, and AI-assisted automation.
- Partner with hiring managers and engineers to calibrate profiles and maintain high hiring standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates to communicate the company mission and culture.
- Analyze pipeline data to improve sourcing strategies and develop custom tooling where necessary.
