About the role

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of projects from contract signature to completion. You will ensure that projects are executed in a structured, efficient, and profitable manner while maintaining synchronization across internal teams. Your role involves proactive KPI-driven management to reduce cycle times and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage projects from signature to completion with a focus on reducing cycle time.
  • Proactively intervene when time KPIs are exceeded or risks to profitability and customer satisfaction arise.
  • Ensure projects are complete, buildable, and accurately represented in the system.
  • Monitor project documentation completeness and ensure all necessary items are obtained on time.
  • Manage project profitability by identifying bottlenecks and waiting times early.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team and handle proactive, project-specific communication.
  • Maintain transparent project status updates and provide clarity on blockers and required actions.
  • Minimize escalations through clear prioritization and structured follow-up.
