About the role

Lemonway is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Account Tribe, which powers the compliance experience across their payment platform. You will drive the enhancement of customer-facing services, lead API integrations with third-party vendors, and implement regulatory compliance rules. This role requires a blend of technical craftsmanship, product mindset, and collaborative leadership to build a resilient, scalable platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, complex features while balancing code quality and delivery time
• Lead code and architecture reviews to enforce and shape best practices
• Drive continuous improvement by mentoring peers and experimenting with new patterns
• Take ownership of the product development cycle from specification to production troubleshooting
• Deep dive into the payment ecosystem to build resilient solutions
• Bridge the gap between technical implementation and business value
• Collaborate with software, QA, and infrastructure engineers and product managers
• Communicate complex architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
