The Technical Lead will guide an engineering team by fostering a culture of ownership and professional growth while driving technical direction. This role involves balancing product delivery with high engineering standards and actively integrating AI into development workflows. You will collaborate across the organization to align goals and improve engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Coach engineers through regular 1:1s and continuous feedback
• Support hiring, onboarding, and professional growth
• Translate product goals into realistic engineering plans
• Scope, estimate, and prioritize work together with Product
• Drive architectural decisions within your team
• Contribute hands-on to features, refactoring, and production issues
• Use AI daily for implementation, code reviews, testing, and architecture
