About the role

The Account Tribe at Lemonway is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain critical platform components powering the compliance experience. You will drive the enhancement of customer-facing services, lead API integrations with third-party vendors, and implement regulatory compliance rules. This role requires a blend of technical craftsmanship, architectural expertise, and a product-focused mindset to ensure the platform remains resilient and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, complex features while balancing code quality and delivery timelines.
• Lead code and architecture reviews to enforce and shape the team's best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by mentoring peers and staying updated on ecosystem trends.
• Take ownership of the full development cycle, from specification to production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with software, QA, and infrastructure engineers, as well as product managers, to solve technical challenges.
• Translate complex architectural decisions into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
