About the role
Auxilius.ai is an early-stage AI-native startup developing GRC solutions for global enterprises. As an Application Architect, you will work closely with the CTO to define backend architecture, establish development standards, and mentor junior developers. You will play a key role in scaling the product while ensuring auditability and compliance with EU AI regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions for complex problems within an AI-first architecture.
- Drive a DevOps-oriented approach across the entire software lifecycle.
- Implement strategies to improve software delivery speed and reliability.
- Build and maintain system-wide monitoring and observability.
- Coach junior developers on architecture and design practices.
- Plan and document backend architecture using the arc42 framework.
- Refine and communicate the domain model using DDD principles.
- Manage and expand application infrastructure on Azure using Pulumi.
