Product Designer

About the role

The Product Designer will join the IRL team to own the in-store side of the Endear CRM platform, including appointments, events, and customer check-ins. This role involves defining problems through research and designing complete, accessible product experiences for store associates, managers, and admin users. You will partner with the Head of Product Design, Product Managers, and Engineers to shape the product roadmap and deliver production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of IRL features from discovery through production-ready design
• Build a strong understanding of how store associates, managers, and admin users work within Endear
• Run research from early discovery through usability testing
• Design complete, accessible product experiences, including loading, empty, error, permission, and other key states
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape solutions early in the process
• Use customer insight and data to inform design decisions and iteration
