The role involves guiding interdisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality output across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client mandates from digital brand positioning to creative execution.
• Present strategies and creative concepts to stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
• Develop culturally relevant narratives and content systems across platforms.
• Ensure strategic and creative quality from briefing to final output.
• Create playbooks and standards for the creative studio.
• Coach team members and contribute to the agency's strategic development.
