About the role

As a Senior New Business Manager, you will be responsible for the systematic acquisition of new clients within federal and state government sectors. You will identify market trends, develop go-to-market strategies, and build strong relationships to promote innovative digital communication solutions. Your goal is to support public sector organizations in creating effective digital communication while expanding the company's market presence.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for systematic new client acquisition in the public sector with a focus on federal and state authorities.
• Identify market trends and business opportunities to develop acquisition and marketing strategies.
• Plan and manage target-group-specific marketing measures to acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain a sustainable network of clients, partners, and market stakeholders.
• Advise potential new clients on digital communication solutions including websites, CMS, AI, content, and social media.
• Identify relevant tenders and manage the proposal, procurement, and pitch processes in collaboration with internal departments.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry environments.
