About the role

The Junior System Engineer will support the operation, further development, and automation of Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity environments. The role involves administering platforms, managing hybrid identity services, and automating manual processes to improve system efficiency. You will also participate in technical projects and evolve into a key contact for complex synchronization and authorization issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and development of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and hybrid identity services
• Assist with user management, permissions, and the implementation of MFA and Conditional Access policies
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
• Manage Exchange infrastructure including mail flow, connectors, and migrations
• Analyze manual processes and implement automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs
• Develop and maintain scripts for user lifecycle management and interface connections
• Resolve synchronization, authentication, and authorization issues within 2nd and 3rd level support
• Participate in IT projects and maintain technical documentation
