About the role

As a working student, you will support the management team in building and optimizing processes within finance, procurement, and sales. You will assist in creating analyses, reports, and decision-making templates while coordinating projects and operational tasks. Responsibilities

• Support the development of finance, procurement, and cost management through analyses and reporting
• Document processes and prepare workshops and decision-making templates
• Assist with offers and invoices while ensuring follow-up on pending tasks
• Coordinate appointments and measures to ensure smooth project execution
