Working Student Retail Operations

About the role

As a Working Student in Retail Operations, you will support the Retail Operations Manager with daily tasks involved in moving products from production to retail shelves. This role provides hands-on exposure to supply chain, logistics, and retail partnerships within a fast-scaling startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Help check and process daily EDI and email orders in SAP, and prepare delivery notes and transfer orders.
• Track deliveries with logistics partners, update stock data, and help prepare and follow up on partner meetings.
• Keep product, packaging, and specification data up to date for internal teams and retail partners.
• Support routine communication with retail partners and dispatchers.
• Help investigate delivery issues and complaints and escalate them to the right people.
• Prepare simple overviews and reports on orders, stock, and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Technology, or a related field
