Visual Lead

About the role

The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective visual merchandising. Working in partnership with the Visual Manager, this role involves initiating and delegating tasks, providing team feedback, and supporting total store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, and inventory transfers.
• Maintain strategic product presentation through recovery, restock, and visual merchandising changes.
• Plan visual floor changes through payroll management and adapting support to business needs.
• Execute visual direction while meeting company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
• Utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities regarding product placement and stock levels.
• Partner with management to oversee reporting, budgets, expenses, and facility maintenance.
• Lead and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience.
• Provide coaching and development to associates while managing recruitment.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
