People Operations Lead

About the role

The People Operations Lead will set the standard for operational excellence and workplace experience in the Belfast office. This senior individual contributor role focuses on compliance, policy design, process automation, and strategic project leadership. You will act as the primary point of contact for People and Workplace functions in Belfast while partnering with cross-functional teams to support the company's scaling efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day People Operations for the Belfast team including the full employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and maintain audit-ready records.
• Develop and maintain Northern Ireland-specific policies and handbook annexes.
• Lead end-to-end strategic People Ops projects such as benefits redesign or early careers outreach.
• Design and implement workflows and automations to reduce manual administrative tasks.
• Oversee the Belfast office workplace experience, facilities, and health and safety standards.
• Handle complex casework including sensitive investigations and contract variations.
