Member of Technical Staff — Full-Stack

About the role

Remanence is building an enterprise AI platform that transforms complex workflows into interactive environments for agent learning. As a Member of Technical Staff, you will develop the web application, APIs, SDKs, and backend services that allow researchers and customers to interact with and manage AI agents. You will own features from prototype to production, ensuring the platform is intuitive, reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Build interfaces for exploring agent traces, creating environments, and comparing evaluations.
• Develop APIs and SDKs to connect customer data and tools to the platform.
• Build backend workflows for sandboxed agent sessions, evaluations, and training jobs.
• Implement platform foundations including authentication, permissions, and audit trails.
• Own features from prototype to production, incorporating feedback into product capabilities.
• Manage services in production, including testing, observability, and performance.
