Lead Consultant SAP Architecture

About the role

As a Lead Consultant, you will play a central role in client projects by bridging the gap between clients, consulting teams, and nearshore architects. You will provide technical leadership, establish clear structures, and ensure that technical concepts are successfully implemented. Your goal is to align project stakeholders toward common objectives while maintaining high technical quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client projects by ensuring requirements, architecture, and implementation are aligned.
• Coordinate collaboration with nearshore teams, establishing clear responsibilities and actionable architectural decisions.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions and facilitate communication between the client, onshore consulting, and nearshore teams.
• Ensure technical quality by moderating architectural decisions and verifying that solutions are scalable and sustainable within existing SAP landscapes.
• Resolve complex technical or organizational challenges by bringing the right people together and developing pragmatic solutions.
• Establish best practices for nearshore collaboration and contribute to the continuous development of delivery and architecture expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect in complex SAP projects
