About the role

The Bilanzbuchhalter will manage the accounting for various companies within the fund and real estate sector, including GmbH and GmbH & Co. KG structures. This role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB standards and ensuring accurate internal and external reporting. The position requires providing a reliable financial basis through forecasting, projections, and variance analysis while collaborating with auditors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing accounting for multiple companies in the fund and real estate sector
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Perform independent balance sheet assessments for managed companies
• Ensure timely preparation of internal and external reports and evaluations
• Create earnings forecasts, projections, and plan-actual analyses
• Coordinate with auditors, business partners, and internal contacts regarding accounting inquiries
