About the role

As a Senior Lead Consultant for Defense & Resilience, you will advise private defense companies and public security-related clients on high-security digitalization and transformation projects. You will bridge the gap between military/regulatory requirements and modern IT solutions, developing resilient strategies and architectures. You will work in interdisciplinary teams to translate complex technical challenges into concrete operational benefits.

Responsibilities

• Advise private and public clients in the defense and security sector on the development and implementation of high-security digitalization and transformation projects.
• Analyze complex professional, organizational, and technological challenges to develop robust solutions and target architectures.
• Translate military capabilities, operational requirements, and strategic goals into concrete digital solutions.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and concepts for the digitalization of security-relevant processes.
• Manage projects from strategic conception through technical design to implementation.
• Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders to align professional, technological, and strategic perspectives.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and delivery experts to ensure high-quality results.
• Monitor technological and security policy developments to provide relevant insights for clients and the service portfolio.
