Developer Experience Engineer

About the role

The Developer Experience Engineer will design, build, and maintain open source projects to drive developer adoption of ElevenLabs products. This role involves working on server and client-side SDKs, improving the API, and building developer tooling while acting as the primary user for new developer products. The position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across the stack and is passionate about creating a world-class developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain open source projects including SDKs and MCP servers.
• Improve the ElevenLabs API and build developer tooling.
• Act as customer zero for new developer products.
• Write engaging technical content and in-depth blog posts.
• Triage technical issues and communicate effectively with the developer community.
