Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Breakmark is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with an AI company focused on complex, data-heavy operations for enterprise and government customers. You will own the full deployment lifecycle, working directly with users to understand operational challenges and build software solutions in live environments. This role requires a balance of technical engineering and direct customer engagement to solve evolving problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments and take ownership of the outcome.
• Spend time on-site to understand workflows, users, and operational challenges.
• Build and adapt full-stack software using TypeScript, React, and Python or Node.js.
• Turn customer needs into clear engineering work and iterate with users in live environments.
• Identify which solutions should become reusable product capabilities.

Qualifications
