Senior Product Manager

About the role

Ryft is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the next generation of their embedded payments platform. This role acts as a bridge between executive and sales teams and software engineering, translating business vision into an executable product roadmap. You will shape how marketplaces and merchants handle payments globally while ensuring the platform remains compliant and competitive.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Exec and Sales teams to identify market opportunities and define the features that keep the Ryft Payments Platform at the cutting edge.
• Translate complex commercial needs and customer feedback into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories for our engineering squads.
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineering to ensure features are built to a high standard and delivered on time for Ryft customers.
• Balance competing priorities between sales-led requests and long-term platform scalability, keeping all parties aligned and informed.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure Ryft remains compliant and competitive.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of new features and inform future iterations.
