About the role

The Project Manager / Team Leader will take operative responsibility for a logistics customer project, ensuring stable processes and the achievement of quality and productivity goals. This role acts as a central interface between employees, customers, and management, focusing on sustainable problem-solving and team development. The position requires a hands-on leader who is present on the floor to drive performance and optimize operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a logistics team at a customer project site.
• Manage personnel, deployment, and capacity planning to ensure reliable project staffing.
• Monitor and achieve production goals, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
• Analyze processes to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
• Develop the team professionally and organizationally while onboarding new staff.
• Maintain clear communication between employees, customers, and management.
• Document performance, developments, and operational deviations.
