About the role

The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of up to 50 employees in either the inbound or outbound logistics departments. This role involves staff planning, training, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team including personnel management and planning in inbound or outbound logistics
• Ensure optimal utilization of staff during shifts
• Manage and monitor the onboarding process for new employees
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve order issues and errors
• Adjust and monitor the availability and utilization of delivery slots
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and delivery deadlines
• Support employee development and growth in collaboration with Area Managers

Qualifications
