Working Student Supply Chain

About the role

This role offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the supply chain of a scaling food company. You will support the Retail Operations, Planning, and Procurement teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly while contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing of EDI and email orders in SAP, prepare delivery notes, and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners.
• Maintain stock, production, and inventory data, and assist with planning overviews.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, check supplier confirmations, and track deliveries of ingredients and packaging.
• Keep product, packaging, and supplier data accurate across internal systems.
• Prepare regular reports on orders, stock, and purchasing, and help document and improve supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
