AI Workflow Lead

About the role

The AI Workflow Lead acts as an internal consultant to design and scale responsible AI workflows across the organization. This role bridges the gap between team-level operational needs and technical delivery, ensuring AI adoption is systematic, measurable, and aligned with company values. You will work closely with the Product team and Data & AI stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and build champion networks to support ongoing adoption.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to understand processes and identify high-value AI opportunities using design thinking.
• Design and implement organization-level AI workflows from discovery to scaled solution.
• Manage a structured use-case pipeline and monitor AI usage across the organization to identify risks and limitations.
• Scan the AI landscape for new tools and evaluate them against privacy, security, and responsible-use criteria.
• Measure the impact of AI workflows through dashboards and success metrics like time saved and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape AI strategy and support champion networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Science, Business, Computer Science, Social Sciences or a related field
