Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

The Senior Technical Program Manager will join the Strategic Initiatives team to lead technical product programs across the business. You will collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and finance departments to drive strategic initiatives from end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end-to-end, including scope, sequencing, dependency tracking and decision unblocking.
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, finance/SOX, sales, marketing and operations to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Proactively identify, communicate and escalate cross-functional risks before they affect delivery or launch.
• Create and maintain core planning documents, including PRDs, rollback plans, launch communications, risk logs and analytics.
• Lead stakeholder communications, including regular updates, field-team enablement, support training, marketing coordination and supporting materials.
• Report progress, risks, dependencies and blockers to initiative sponsors and the Strategic Initiatives Lead.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in programme management, technical product management or a similar cross-functional delivery role
• Proven track record of owning complex launches involving coordination across multiple teams
