Solution Architect

About the role

As a Solution Architect, you will drive the development of integrated system designs for unmanned platforms used in demanding defense and security environments. You will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and developing end-to-end solutions that balance business requirements, technical excellence, security standards, scalability, and cost. You will ensure that solutions are robust, scalable, and mission-ready.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the architecture and design of ISR-focused aerial and other unmanned systems based on customer requirements, operational scenarios, and platform capabilities.
• Define and drive system-level solutions that align with military standards and interoperability requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with solution management, product management, software, and development teams to ensure technical coherence and mission effectiveness.
• Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders including defense customers, government bodies, and integration partners.
• Produce and maintain system models, architecture views, and documentation using tools such as SPARX EA.
• Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and support certification and qualification processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems engineering practices.

Qualifications
