Staff Product Designer, Enterprise Products

About the role

As the first dedicated design hire for the Enterprise customer platform, you will own the end-to-end design of a new product from the ground up. You will work directly with the VP of Design, Product Management, and Engineering to build a control center for HR and L&D teams to manage learners, track engagement, and prove ROI. This role requires defining design standards and processes while balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, transformative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design the Enterprise customer platform end to end, including user management, integrations, and reporting dashboards.
• Conduct customer research to understand buyer personas, pain points, and jobs to be done.
• Design for distinct user needs, balancing operational tools for L&D managers with strategic views for HR directors.
• Extend the shared design system to support data-heavy, enterprise admin workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management to ship an MVP and iterate based on KPIs.
• Integrate compliance and security requirements, such as SSO, SCIM, and accessibility, into the design process.
• Mentor other product designers as the team grows.
