About the role
As a Solution Architect, you will drive the development of integrated system designs for unmanned platforms used in defense and security environments. You will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and developing end-to-end solutions that balance business requirements, technical excellence, security standards, scalability, and cost.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the architecture and design of ISR-focused aerial and other unmanned systems based on customer requirements, operational scenarios, and platform capabilities.
- Define and drive system-level solutions that align with military standards and interoperability requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with solution management, product management, software, and development teams to ensure technical coherence and mission effectiveness.
- Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders including defense customers, government bodies, and integration partners.
- Produce and maintain system models, architecture views, and documentation using tools such as SPARX EA.
- Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and support certification and qualification processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems engineering practices.
