Senior Controller

About the role

As a Senior Controller, you will be part of the controlling team and help shape the financial steering of the company. You will translate operational developments into financial impact, manage P&L and cost controlling, and support the Management Board with data-driven decision-making. This role involves developing scalable planning processes and driving automation within the financial landscape.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational KPI developments into P&L, EBITDA, and cash impact
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes
• Create transparency around OPEX, payment costs, and profitability analyses
• Support monthly and quarterly close from a controlling perspective
• Drive the integration of financials into the data landscape and automate manual processes
• Ensure consistent financial logic in alignment with BI and Accounting
