About the role
The People & Culture team supports the site in implementing HR processes and provides operational support for training, personnel administration, HR reporting, payroll, and social dialogue. The role involves working daily with managers, employees, the HR Director, training organizations, and staff representative bodies.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the deployment of the skills development plan including administrative follow-up of training and regulatory authorizations.
- Update HR dashboards and monitor headcount, personnel movements, overtime, and absenteeism.
- Prepare HR reports and analyses regarding training indicators and social data.
- Provide administrative support for personnel files, HR tools, medical visits, and personnel movements.
- Support payroll processes by collecting and transmitting necessary elements and following up on tickets.
- Assist with CSE administration and social dialogue including meeting logistics and documentation.
- Participate in the organization of professional elections and administrative follow-up of the electoral process.
